Obverse: Radiate head of Hadrian to right, with slight drapery on his shoulder.

Legends: HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS.

Reverse: Salus seated left, feeding serpent, rising from altar, out of patera with her right hand and leaning with her left elbow on throne.

Reverse legend: COS III. R-S below throne (sentatus Consulto, by decree of the Senate).
