Licinius I, 308-324 A.D.

Follis 321-323 A.D. 5th officina.

Antioch on the Orontes, Syria. Modern day Antaya, Turkey.

Obverse: Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right.

Legend: IMP C VAL LICINIVS P F AVG

Reverse: Jupiter standing facing, head left, nude but for chlamys over left shoulder, Victory standing left on globe in outstretched right hand, grounded sceptre in left, eagle with wreath in break standing left, head reverted X llr in right field.

In exergue: SMAHT. (Antioch mint).

Reverse legend: IOVI CONS ERVATORI.
