Some New Zealand two cent coins were accidentally struck using dies for the Bahama Islands five cent coin on the "Heads" side.

Obverse: Second crowned portrait of HM Queen Elizabeth II right, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara.

Designer: Arnold Machin.

Reverse: Value within Kowhai flowers.

Designer: George James Berry.

Mintage is estimated at 50,000.
