Obverse: King's uncrowned bust to the right.

Engraver: George William de Saulles, his initials DeS are placed under the truncation.

Legend: EDWARDVS VII D:G:BRITT:OMN:REX F:D:IND:IMP: (Edward the Seventh by the Grace of God King of all the Britains Defender of the Faith Emperor of India.)

Reverse: St. George slaying the dragon.

Engraver: Benedetto Pistrucci, his initials B.P. appear in the exergue.

Royal Mint London, without mint mark, 10,041,000.

Catalogue: Spink: 3969, KM# 805.

Gold, 0917, 0.2355 oz. AGW, 7.99g, 22.05mm.

Edge: Reeded, 1.5mm thick, the coin is struck with an upright die axis.

Grade: gVF-aEF.
